FIT Congress

Technological disruption, skills shortages, new working realities: companies urgently need diverse perspectives—especially in IT. Women bring the necessary mindset to this: networked thinking, value-oriented, strong leadership. Nevertheless, they remain underrepresented in tech and leadership positions.

With the FIT Congress 2026, we are creating a platform where female experts from IT, eHealth, and eGovernment can discuss challenges, career paths, and future technologies. Topics such as AI and ethics, leadership in digital structures, open source in administration, and IT security in hospitals are combined with personal experiences and inspiring role models – from hackers to CEOs.
