On-site services

• Exhibition area: Exhibition area with a table, skirting, chairs and power connection in the modern ambience of the congress foyer (3 days, Tue-Thu). Area approx. 3m x 2m.
• Roll-up banner positioning: Placement of a roll-up banner (1x2m) in the congress hall (provided by the exhibitor or Exhibitor Plus).

Networking & interaction

• Direct contact opportunities: Extensive break times are available during the congress to enable networking and direct discussions with participants.
• List of participants: Receive the list of participants of the main congress in order to optimally prepare for the event (name, function, company).
• Leads: When you book the presentation package, you will receive leads from participants of your pre-conference presentation.

• Free pre-conference participation: Free access to the pre-conference for any number of contacts.
• Congress participation for employees: Your employees receive free participation in the congress, including catering and access to the lecture program.
• Discounted congress participation: Your employees or customers benefit from a 50% discount on congress participation, including catering and the lecture program.
• VIP participation: VIPs receive free congress participation, including catering and attendance at the lecture program.

Media services - print & online

• Event video: Creation of an event video (max. 25 minutes) with product presentations, event highlights or a short interview with your CxO. The video will be made available to you for use.
• Mention in congress advertisements: Your company will be mentioned on all congress advertisements in the ELEKTRONIKPRAXIS® regular and special editions. Print run: over 150,000 copies.
• Print mailings: Mention in print mailings that reach over 45,000 verified contacts from the embedded market.
• Editorial event coverage: Your company is mentioned in the event coverage.
