On-site services

• Exhibition space: Present your company on a spacious exhibition area (approx. 6m x 2m) with 2 tables, skirting, chairs and power supply in the modern ambience of the congress foyer (3 days, Tue-Thu).
• Banner positioning: Placement of a large banner (1.5m x 4m) in the congress hall and a roll-up banner (1m x 2m) in the entrance area. Provided by the gold sponsor.

Networking & interaction

• Direct contact opportunities: Use the extensive break times during the congress to make valuable contacts and get in touch with participants directly.
• List of participants: You will receive a list of participants from the main congress to help you prepare for the event efficiently (name, function, company).
• Leads from pre-conference participants: When you book the presentation package, you will receive valuable leads from the participants of your pre-conference presentation.
